Boarding Conditions

Caldecote Cosy Cattery is owned and operated by responsible cat lovers. Whilst in our care, every step is taken to ensure your pet receives the highest level of care and attention in a safe environment.

However, all cats are boarded at their owner's risk.
 

When booking we will make the cabin available for your pet all day to give you flexibility in the timing of delivery and collection. Therefore, a full day's fee will be charged for the days of arrival and departure.

We do offer a collection and delivery service for a nominal fee.
 

In the event of owners wishing to collect their cat before the agreed date of departure the full period of boarding will be charged.
 

Please advise us in the event of your return being delayed as we reserve the right to decide the action to take in the cat's best interest if it is not collected within 36 hours of the agreed time.
 

Whilst in our care, your pet is assured of immediate veterinary attention should we have any cause for concern. Treatment prescribed by your own veterinarian can be continued whilst in our care.

Vaccinations

For the protection of our feline visitors, we will only accept cats that have been fully inoculated.

All cats must be vaccinated against Feline Upper Respiratory Disease or Cat 'Flu and Feline Infectious Enteritis.
 

Up-to-date vaccination cards must be presented on arrival.
 

Un-neutered males will not be accepted.
